Ocean Breeze opened in 2000 to offer a cottage style self-catering accommodation on the Island. On-site we have 10 One Bedroom cottages and a separate conference room.

Ocean Breeze is owned by Borry Evans who has been providing holiday accommodation since 1967. Today, Ocean Breeze Cottages is managed by his son Duncan, and his wife Gaewyn Evans. Duncan Evans is a Norfolk Islander and is a 7th Generation descendant from Fletcher Christian, the leader of the Mutiny on the Bounty. Gaewyn Evans is a descendant of the Reverend Henry Fulton, an Irish Political Prisoner. Rev Fulton was a Presbyterian Chaplain on the Island during the First Convict Settlement from 1801 to 1806, with 2 children born on the Island during this time.
The land on which Ocean Breeze is situation was once part of an original 50 acre land grant made to James Dawe, a flour miller, soon after the arrival of the Pitcairners in 1856.
